The Central Executive Group comprises the offices of the CEO, Deputy CEO, and regional leadership. Based in Singapore you will be working directly with the CEO of Asia and 11 country leads in the Asia region.

What role will you play?
You will play a key role to develop and drive strategic and cross-divisional collaboration initiatives in the Asia region. You will support the development of key client and stakeholder relationships and be responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance and operations of the Asia platform, providing regular regional updates to Head Office in Sydney, including the Board and Management Committees. You will also be responsible for change and improvement projects related to the areas of collaboration, risk and reputation and diversity and inclusion.
What you offer
· 3+ years experience in Finance; Investment banking, Private Equity, consulting or change management and be well versed in financial models and valuation concepts
· Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as finance, accounting or economics and strong PowerPoint skills
· Have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a natural interest in leadership
· Confident in presenting your point of view and possess a natural curiosity for the business
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team player.
