We supply our Packaging systems to many of the world's leading chemical, petrochemical, Petroleum, Food & Beverage and Bio-Chemicals manufacturers throughout South East Asia and rest of the world.
Our Singapore plant is seeking a professional personnel who is driven by a strong passion to succeed to fill the vacancy of – Material Planner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Material Requirement Planning/control to meet sales order and production demand.
2. Conduct and coordinate monthly stock take exercise to ensure stock accuracy between SAP and physical are achieved.
3. Always keep stock of optimum level by monitoring and act responsively the feedback from sales forecast and also highlighting slow moving & obsolete stock to management for action.
4. Ensure and monitor BOM accuracy and integrity are being maintained and controlled.
5. Work and ensure scrap are being recorded correctly to SAP and declaration integrity are achieved;
6. Attend and respond to sales enquiries in relation to BOM application and verification, stock availability, lead time and freight cost matters.
7. To perform ad hoc work as requested by superior and management.
8. Follow up Hydra production system & reports.
9. Work in accordance with company 5s, Safety, Health & Environmental procedure. Report unsafe situations to superior or SHEQ department.
10. Support Warehouse and Logistics in materials shipment arrangement.
11. To monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance.
12. Resourceful, Self-motivated with ability to work independently, strong team spirit and work in meeting datelines.
CRITERIA:
1. Min Diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. At least 2-3 years experience in related field with manufacturing background
3. Good computer skills, experience with ERP system (SAP preferred).
4. Good communication and people management skills
5. Results oriented, independent and self-discipline.
6. Team player and willing to share information, knowledge and idea.
