Building Construction Project Engineer :

~ 5 day work (Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:45pm)
~ Location : Near Bartley MRT & Tai Seng MRT
Job Description & Requirements:
- Able to use 2D&3D AutoCAD software and to draw A1 drawings.
- Able to create and store technical lifts drawings electronically.
- Familiar with construction projects.
- Good planning, leadership and problem solving skills is required.
- To visit the site to monitor the progress of the job, record achievements and report back to office.
- To hold meetings with owner, sub-contractors, architects, consultants and workers for the project.
- To write site progress report and email to all related parties.
- To oversees the project and handover the lift smoothly to the respective parties.
- To do the submissions and lodgement to the authorities.
- To do the administrative jobs such as customer service, administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Min. qualification level:
*Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering*
or
*Degree in Mechanical Engineering*
- Working Experience: At least 1 year in the respective field
