Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded systems.
- Write efficient, modular, and maintainable code in languages such as C, C++, and Assembly for embedded systems.
- Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software components with embedded hardware platforms.
- Develop and maintain software for real-time operating systems.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing for embedded system.
- Create and maintain documentation for software architecture, design, and development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MSc/MEng in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Deep understanding of Embedded Linux.
- Experience in middleware programming.
- Hands-on experience in developing embedded systems utilizing multiple sensors.
- Proficient in developing optimized and time-critical code in C/C++.
- Experience with software architecture and/or API design, complemented by robust integration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to both technical and nontechnical teams.
