Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality management system effectively implemented and continuously improvement. Effectively execute internal audit and management review, and follow up with the corrective action after audit.
- Monitor effectively to all system procedures; monitor the progress of company KPI target and current performance.
- Quality training of internal auditor.
- Ensure to pass the external (2nd and 3rd party) audit.
- Handle customer complaints and quality related queries.
- Implement customer requirement, carry out product quality plan for all projects and ensure PQP effectiveness.
- Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement.
- Part and line approval follow up (Q-package) in the whole project.
Job Requirements:
- College degree of Science/ Engineering or equivalent knowledge with 2+ years' experience in quality control including 1+ years’ experience in customer quality management, QMS and ISO Certification Audits.
- At least 1-year of quality engineer’s experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service area.
- Strong leadership and result-driven / goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of quality system management standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Be familiar with quality tools.
- Be familiar with the knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and 5 Tools(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
- Knowledge of six sigma is preferred.
- Good IT skill-MS office/Minitab.
- Communication and presentation skill.
