The Role
- Lead the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategies to drive omni-channel presence for 7-Eleven Singapore.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various channels, including search, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Work collaboratively and in synergy with internal departments and external vendors to deliver digital marketing objectives within budget guidelines, with the purpose to build brand awareness, consumer engagement and drive acquisitions.
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategy to strengthen 7-Eleven brand in Singapore and maximize category/ retail sales.
- Understand business challenge/ opportunities and translate to digital marketing plans to meet end objectives.
- Drive the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns focused on cost optimization to reach required traffic targets efficiently.
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) capabilities to ensure website is optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Ecommerce & Merchandising teams) to ensure consistency of campaign messaging in existing website while driving online sales.
- Ensure conversion tracking pixels are installed correctly to ensure reporting is present.
- Work closely with external agencies (Media, Social, Creative) on business and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content, segmenting email lists, and analyzing email campaign performance.
- Create and manage Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, and other platforms, optimize keywords, ad copy, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- Optimize SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements to drive organic search rankings.
- Keep abreast of new tools, technologies, and digital marketing trends. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI and achieve business goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain regular performance reports for the business with clear analysis to guide marketing and commercial decision making.
- Identify best practices and share learnings and ROI analysis from past digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the digital marketing budget to optimize spend and performance based on insights and data.
- Manage and analyze data from various sources, including web analytics, marketing automation platforms, and ad networks, to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise for 7-Eleven Digital and social media strategy and roadmap.
- Maintain excellence in digital media and future technology market understanding and be an ambassador for digital within the business.
- Contribute to the building of a high-performance team by helping to grow the Digital Marketing expertise of team members. Maintain an open and collaborative team culture.
About You
- More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and eCommerce and a proven track record of driving revenue and customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Strong experience in digital disciplines, e.g. SEM, SEO, Social Media marketing, Remarketing.
- Experience with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Ability to set and manage budgets.
- Initiative to keep up to date on digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work in a performance driven marketing environment, multi-task and meet fast-paced timelines.
- Someone who has passion for retail, excellent communications and team-work skills, strong planning, strategic and organizational skills, commercial sensitivity and awareness, confident and enthusiastic attitude.
