Job scope:
- Generate basic & detailed electrical engineering design development and electrical instrumentation input to other disciplines.
- Performs maintenance activities on servicing & repair of mechanical & electrical equipment onboard vessels, onsite or in workshop
- On-site investigations in the event of a breakdown to define the root-cause of the failure, takes remedial action & makes reliability improvements
- Monitor the serviceability of equipment & facilities & ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping & environment requirements
- Digital solution for generator, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop & review risk analysis & procedure
- Liaise with customers on work schedule & defect findings
- Immediate response to any urgent request for on-site, on board, or offshore work.
- The writing of on-site reports, and online assistance for troubleshooting,
- Temporary transfer to the repair workshop in the event of on-site works load drop,
- Compliance with travel rules to minimize costs and ensure the security,
- The support of the Sales teams for their opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Min 5 years of experience in maintenance of electrical rotating machines
- Candidate is required to work on-site or overseas for troubleshooting
