Job Summary:
Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office by performing various cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the area assigned by Unit Manager.
- Cleaning of common areas in the office eg: areas within workstations, meeting rooms (before and after used), working desks and chairs, high dusting, pantry, shared walkways and collect and dispose rubbish daily.
- Clean office floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
- Good team player and minimize complaints from Client on cleaning issue.
- Washing tableware’s using the dishwasher machine.
- Ensure feedback receives from user and convey accordingly to Manager for any action to be taken.
- Ensure stationery and pantry areas are replenished and clean daily.
- Provide early ordering of depleting patry snacks and cleaning materials to Manager.
- Assist with the office events (eg: table and chairs arrangements, deliveries and staying back as and when required.
- To be punctual and work according to time slot assigned.
- Ensure daily cleaning operation without fail.
- Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
- Valuable items found to be returned back to the reception area and to be recorded.
