Job Description:
- Assist the CEO in handling all commercial, procurement, and contractual matters related to the operation of the power plant and mine.
- Conduct commercial reviews of new tenders, contracts, or contract amendments and provide recommendations to the CEO.
- Perform financial analysis and review historical performance and projections of the company.
- Review all project reports and ensure compliance with established standards and objectives.
- Participate in commercial meetings with project stakeholders to discuss strategies, progress, and challenges.
- Undertake specific tasks as instructed by the CEO to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the power or infrastructure sector, with a track record of leadership and results-driven orientation.
- Ability to effectively manage across different cultures and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis.
- Have a proven international track record, preferably in the power or infrastructure sector, showcasing experience in managing commercial and procurement activities across borders.
