Customer Service Executive

Hunting Energy Services Pte. Ltd.

Main Objective:


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide support in the following areas:

  • Review Asia Pacific Market to maximize revenue potential
  • Point of contact between Sales and Production
  • To achieve customer satisfaction


Key Tasks:

  • Analysis of tender documents and preparation of competitive and comprehensive bid for submission.
  • Handling of customer enquiry/ tender for our products and services.
  • Monitor and prepare Quotation and Tender records for Sales
  • Reviewing existing quotations with clients to assess status
  • Sourcing of materials for job related ancillaries to avoid disruption in production schedules
  • Checking of stock availability to prepare bid and quotations
  • Conduct of Contract Review in the event of an order
  • Manage and clear outstanding customer demands and coordinate with Production to facilitate timing delivery of orders
  • Update order progress with clients
  • Maintenance and Preparation of presentation material, product information
  • Promote all of Hunting Energy Services Pte Ltd’s products and services


Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare competitive bid/proposal in order to increase chance of award.
  • To act as a central point for the customer on a particular job and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison.
  • To liaise constantly with Production personnel regarding job status
  • To achieve customer satisfaction
  • To create and maintain good working relationships

  • Product Knowledge (desirable)
  • Quality Knowledge (desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines (essential)
  • Analytical and creative approach to problem solving (essential)
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels (essential)
  • Ability to work under owns initiative (essential)
  • Ability to think strategically (essential)
  • Good organizational and time management skills (essential)
  • Tender preparation and management skills (essential)


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Material or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
  • Good PC skills (essential)


Experience:

  • 18 – 24 months’ related experience within the industry (desirable)
