1. Check out on Career-related programs / fundings / grants
Identify various grants (Training to be provided)
2. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews to ensure a steady pipeline of talented candidates.
3. Onboarding Assistance: Help new hires navigate paperwork, training schedules, and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
4. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update databases, and assist with HR-related inquiries to keep operations running smoothly.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency within the organization.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational leaders to support their respective teams' needs and objectives.
7. Monthly performance review with employee on-site
8. Ad hoc, to support media team on social media tasking & some admin duties
Qualifications:
- No Experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Willing to Learn, Travel
