Your Role:
- Greet and assist customers in-person and via phone with reservations.
- Conduct captivating game briefings with a focus on player safety.
- Manage transactions and cashier duties efficiently.
- Address inquiries about game reservations.
- Share detailed knowledge of our exciting game offerings.
- Prepare and reset game rooms for players.
- Uphold a tidy and well-organized environment.
- Oversee shop opening and closing routines.

Workplace Details:
- Location: GR.ID (Dhoby Ghaut).
- Hours: 10 am to 10 pm, 12-hour shifts, 4 working days followed by 2 days off. Rotational duty on weekends and public holidays.
- Transport allowance provided for late games ending after 11:30 pm.
