As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focusing on SearchAsia’s human resource, which includes internal recruitment, admin details as well as employee welfare. You will be in charge of building a quality team to deal with the fast-paced demands of the industry.
Things you will look forward to doing:
· Take charge of recruitment efforts for both consultant and internship positions
· Plan the full recruitment cycle from end to end across all areas and disciplines
· Refine current recruitment processes
· Develop innovative methods and utilise technology to hire the best candidates from trending platforms
· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, student groups and associations, as well as internal stakeholders
· Make sure that SearchAsia's brand on-campus and in the marketplace remains competitive, as well as continuing to serve as a ‘brand ambassador’ both internally and externally
· Create robust recruitment processes and drive talent sourcing activities to ensure positive experience for candidates
