Responsibilities:
- Prepare store design layout proposal and ensure consistency with global guideline
- Provide project execution to support for all APAC doors via design development, technical & specification drawings review, and materials tracking
- Lead communication with shopfitters, local affiliate retail leads, and regional and global brand stakeholders
- Assist in collaboration with IP on cost optimisation for design operationalisation
- Liaise with suppliers to provide creative/technical support for all regional production.
- Develop and strengthen vendor’s ability to meet Brand’s standards and expectations.
- Follow-up on project status and timeline control through project tracker update on on-going basis
- Manage collection of store opening photos and store completion close out form
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising team and other functions to ensure holistic store presentation
- Mentor junior designer to basics of store construction and improving design output
Work Deliverables:
- CAD drawings and visualisations with Vectorworks and Sketchup
- Photo reports via Microsoft 360, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Design communication via Microsoft Outlook, Wrike
- Fortnight compilation of design proposals for stakeholders review via Microsoft Excel
- Responsible for design project execution and quality control for all regional programs
Requirements:
- 4-6 Years of Retail Design experience, ideal in cosmetics or luxury segment
- Asia Pacific retail landscape familiarity or regional exposure
