Our Client:
Our client is a public listed insurance company and they are in Singapore for more than 50 years with excellent financial security rating. They are actively looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Timely submission of quarterly and annual reports, tax reporting, and ensuring quality review (IFRS 17 and MAS)
- Efficient operation oversight of finance and investment functions
- Analyzing financial results, providing actionable insights to management
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including auditors and regulators
- Leading process improvement and automation projects
- Handling ad-hoc assignments and projects
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant qualifications
- 6-8 years of (re)insurance industry experience
- Some knowledge of IFRS 17 is good to have
- Excellent regulatory reporting experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in MS Excel; GL system experience is good to have
