Job Description：
- Demonstrate expertise in maintaining enterprise systems with a specific focus on cybersecurity.
- Address reported issues through troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with technology vendors for escalation procedures as needed.
- Conduct patching and updates for tools and systems.
- Generate incident reports and uphold records of service level agreements for clients.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Preferred to have professional certifications in cybersecurity solutio
- Proficient in Operations Support.
- Familiarity with technologies including McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, and Thales.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and executing projects related to endpoint security, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management domains.
