Your new role
- Support special infrastructure related projects in the region
- Operation, support and maintenance of Asia network infrastructure, including support for relevant systems, data updates, reporting and user authorisation management
- Ensure stable operations as per the service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and the regulatory requirements, e.g. in connection with the backlog; organises and is responsible for a meaningful assessment of the user stories
What you'll need to succeed
- Specialised knowledge within cell and/or chapter.
- Extensive experience in Workplace and Unified Communications related support topics
- Good analytical skills with ability to think outside the box
- Relevant knowledge of regulatory framework and IT-Governance
- Good communication skills
- Track record for working well with other cells, including the Asia and global teams
