Our client one of the largest premium tool steels stock with a wide range of grade choices available is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Sales Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service which includes order taking, enquiries, quotation, order entry and coordinate with all other departments to ensure customers requirements are met and followed up.
- Attend to customers complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.
- Collate and present information based on customers’ feedback or issues encountered at work to superior for review and rectification.
- Ensure all task assigned are handled safely conforming to the Health and Safety Act and other safety regulations as stipulated within the organization.
- Assist Indoor Sales Supervisor on daily operation and ensure smooth running of the department.
- Assist Indoor Sales Supervisor & Business Development Manager upon request.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE “O” level
- Experience as Sales Coordinator preferably 1-2 years.
- Basic PC knowledge
- Customer Service Oriented and good communication skills.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Penjuru Close
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, (7.45am to 5.15pm)
- Salary: S$3,200 higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
