The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is seeking a creative individual to join our team as a Website Development Intern.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and creating a brand new mini-site for our company. The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with our graphic designer to develop and implement a user-friendly website using a Content Management System (CMS).
Responsibilities
• Designing, creating and maintaining web content on our website
• Conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas
• Participating in meetings to observe and learn about their needs, objectives, and challenges
• Gathering information from our partners to update the website accordingly
• Working with various aspects of website creation to ensure it is responsive and optimized
• Conducting thorough testing of website functionality and performance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in web development, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, squarespace, wix , wordpress)
- Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Duration : Internship from 1st April or before if available until end of June 2024
