To execute and manage our BIM Placement Services. The candidate must be willing to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment with an out-of-the-box approach, proactive, result-oriented and able to meet various deadlines and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have the ability to coordinate smartly with the clients for the placement.
The candidate should be familiar with Singapore AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants, and building owners in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete process of hiring candidates by contacting employers, receiving vacancies information, offering shortlisted candidates, managing the interviews, managing the issuance of appointment letters, and following up with employed candidates for monitoring requirements and other feedbacks.
- Ensure continued employment status of placements for a specific period.
- Keep close contact with important clients and keep on increasing personal contact with effective clients.
- Supervise Placement staff and deploy them to their respective sites.
- Understand the database of the candidates and clients.
- Manage the BIM Staffs and monitor their achievements for any future increment.
Requirements
- Good knowledge in the AEC industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants, and building owners in Singapore.
- Diploma/Degree Holder with min 7 years of BIM Placement in the AEC industry.
- Take the initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge of our BIM products as well as other products in the market while liaising with the client.
- Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Practice integrity and high dedication.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
