Client Care & Store Operations Executive
OVERALL MISSION:
Our client is a renowned luggage brand recognized for its innovative design, durability, and premium materials. As a Client Care and Store Operations executive, you are the operations support for the store team. Your role will encompass client care, general operations, and any extra support that the store team will need on a day-to-day basis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Care
- Manage all calls into the store including missed calls.
- Respond promptly to all customer related emails or to forward them to the respective stakeholders.
- Keep accuracy of RMS, Repair folder and physical repair suitcase
- Organize BOH repair section and keep all repairs neatly in the correct locations
- Check all completed repairs to make sure repair work is finalized properly and communicate with repair clients for repair updates and pick up
- Perform in store quick fix and repair
Stock Management
- Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)
Administration
- Monitor store maintenance
- Liaise with HR Administration and payroll on rosters/time sheets/payroll systems and other needed information
General duties
- Attend to clients with regard to sales assistance during peak hours or as and when needed.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures
