JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for plan, schedule and execute all system backend (Hardware & Software) and ensuring successful and timely completion of the projects
- Maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and fix adhoc system & network faults
- Conduct regular maintenance activities such a system inspection/monitoring, system backup, disk space monitoring and housekeeping, patching and upgrading of various software and Operating systems.
- Handle related software projects and processes.
- Analyze customer function, hardware design or system design requirements and create or update software requirement specification accordingly
- Liaise with various sub-vendors in the delivery and work to be carried out to ensure that all are in accordance with the agreed schedule
- Knowledge of setting up a service monitoring system is preferred.
- Prepare maintenance related documents such as maintenance reports, incident reports , etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in networking technologies and ability to configure/maintain network equipment
- Experienced in Windows system administration
- Good communication skills both verbal and written for English
- Team player and willing to learn
- Able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and good time management skills
- MS SQL database experience
- Provide good rapport and support to customers
- Assist to prepare documents on delivery of goods etc.
