Core Responsibilities:
Role 1: Account Manager (Farmer)
Dealer Management
- Ongoing farming and appoint new dealers
- Brief KYC checks on newly onboarded dealers
- Constant rapport building with dealers to encourage business dealings
- Cross selling of Dickson Group’s (DG) products and services
- Educate dealers on workflow on various products submission and ensure smooth disbursement
- To follow through on approval status
- Monitor and manage dealers’ negotiation requests and feedbacks
- Work closely with the Collections Department and assist on payments
Operational Role
- Process and document floor stock, hire purchase, in-house loan, and loan disbursements
- Build relationship with bankers and to work closely with them so as to keep up to-date on various banks’ guidelines
- Prepare consolidation of data on a weekly/monthly basis to assist on reporting and maintenance of dashboard
Role 2: Business Development Executive (Hunter)
- Canvassing and on-boarding of new dealers
- Including cross-selling of Dickson Group’s (DG) products and services
- Constantly review the support level of existing dealers and build strong relationships with them
- Reconnecting with past/less active dealers
- Provide regular updates to dealers on latest changes in our products and services (i.e. new products, changes in rates, payouts, etc.)
- Prepare weekly market intelligence decks for weekly discussions
- Manage and resolve any requests, feedback and issues from dealers
- (Transport allowance provided)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage
- Valid driving license required for the hunter role, own transport an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills to meet reporting deadlines
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
