The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a German confectionery client to hire an Marketing Project Executive to join their business for a 9 months to 1 year contract for maternity cover! The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Director, and work closely with Germany HQ on project implementation for new product launches, by preparing product artwork specifications and maintaining pricing information in the internal system.
- 9 months to 1 year contract for a maternity cover
- Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Work Location: Central
- Basic salary up to $4,000 / month + 1 month completion bonus!
The Job:
- Liaise closely with the Germany HQ and key stakeholders in Australia & New Zealand
- Monitor and coordinate project implementation to ensure successful product launches meet legal requirements and timelines
- Collaborate with Germany, legal teams, and regional customers to prepare product specifications and ensure product packaging artworks comply with legal standards
- Enter sales forecast data for new product launches and maintain pricing information in SAP system
- Review contracts, and prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials
The Talent:
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP system is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills, ability to drive operational processes and work independently
- Meticulous coupled with the ability to handle data entry efficiently
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with global stakeholders worldwide
