Responsibilities:
· Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation
· Coordinator with Sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants
· Prepare Contract documents
· Verify sub-contractors monthly progress claim
· Being commercially responsible for the procurement or materials on the framework on behalf of the client
· Working closely with multidisciplinary teams
· Liaise with the suppliers and sub-contractors of the building materials and negotiate price
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant experience with Main Con / Consultancy
