Responsibilities
70% (content conceptualization and production):
- Manage filming and editing of TikTok videos
- Conceptualise and collaborate with the marketing team in developing a TikTok social strategy and content that aligns with the brand
- Manage the TikTok calendar, including scheduling of posts, and engaging with our online community through responding to messages, comments and mentions.
- Measure performance and growth metrics to optimise content
30% (general digital marketing):
- Build the brands’ presence to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across various platforms
- Identify and communicate with up-and-coming content creators
- Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaigns and promotions and getting strategic alignment with departments when required
- Ad hoc: Handle interior photography
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh poly/uni graduates are welcome)
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Good Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) skills
- Good in video editing apps (CapCut/TikTok in-app editor etc)
- Knowledge of shooting videos using a mobile phone or DSLR preferred
- History of creating TikTok content would be advantageous
- Effective communicator
