Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Implement measures to prevent theft and manage inventory shrinkage.
- Maintain an appealing and organized sales floor through effective visual merchandising and product placement.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency in store presentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled team.
- Generate and analyze relevant reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 – 3 years of retail supervisor experience
- Candidates with experience in branded / cosmetics / fragrance background will be advantageous.
- Good team player, able to communicate well
