Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
- Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
- Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet’s goals
- Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
- Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
- Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory controls
- Train and retain outlet staff
- Manpower recruitment and scheduling to achieve optimal productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed
- Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Regular review to improve cleaning standards, food safety and sanitation
- Perform any duties which may be assigned from time to time from superior
Requirements:
- Able to multitask and perform in fast paced working environment
- Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Good communication in verbal and written skills
- Able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holiday (6 days a week)
