Role & Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring, counseling, and communication to clients and their families to facilitate the positive development of the clients through the daily processes.
- Maintain orderly conduct of clients both inside and outside the facility in line with the expectations of the guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and timely submission of reports as required.
- Assist in the maintenance of the facilities and logistics.
Requirements
- Diploma in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Knowledge of adolescent and/or human development
- Ability to communicate with and engage in sports and activities with youth
- Ability to counsel and mentor youth and work with the families of the youth
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic statistical analysis
- 2 Years Contract
- Able to do shift work
