JOB DESCRIPTION
Communications & Branding
· Coordinate submissions with the legal team and clients for award opportunities on legal directory submissions, maintaining deal database, providing recommendations on deal submissions, organising research interviews, monitor the ranking results and updating various marketing collaterals (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000, Benchmark Litigation, Asialaw Profiles, Straits Times)
· Develop and maintain firm’s collaterals and website, including profiles of lawyers in the firm and practice groups
· Maintaining and enforcing our branding guide
· Liaising with external stakeholders on marketing and sponsorship opportunities
Social Media & Client Engagement
· Support existing content channels, such as “the Law and You” blog on our website, overseeing the coordination of authorship of new articles, improving SEO ranking of the articles, drafting of new articles, promoting the articles on social media
· Develop visual and written content and for the Firm's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)
· Client engagement on social media, responding to messages and reviews, support content sharing efforts
· Write and produce the newsletter (1 to 2 times a year)
· Organising client engagement events (client appreciation dinner, knowledge sharing webinars/ talks)
· Manage corporate gift inventory and liaising with vendors to source and procure new merchandise, arranging of deliveries to clients
Media Relations
· Proactively identify opportunities in the media for the Firm to provide expert commentary, drafting interview preparation materials in support of firm’s profile-raising objectives.
· Build strong connections with reporters at media outlets, such as Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao/Wanbao, MoneyFM, business publications

· Working knowledge of photo and video-editing software
· Experience in web design and content production will be an asset
Work Experience and Academic Qualifications:
· Prior relevant experience is preferred but not required
· A diploma or degree in English, Mass Communications or equivalent
