Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide service to customers in accordance with the Company’s service standards and guidelines
- Receive and perform in-store and delivery orders
- Cashiering and sales reporting
- Cooking and preparation of food and drinks items for sale
- Inventory and stock management, estimate stock requirement and place orders, moving and arrangement of stocks when delivered
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety in compliance with the Company’s safety and risk management policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, clean workstations and equipment following all Company’s rules and procedures.
- Store opening and closing duties
- Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager on all aspects to achieve profit and productivity targets.
- Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant Outlet Manager on training and developing of F&B staff
- Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant to ensure Outlet Compliance with authority and company regulations in aspects including but not limited to hygiene, workplace safety, sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays, and inventory controls
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
