School Quality Surveyor ( 3 months contract, up to $,3.800/mth)
Location:4 days on site (schools) and 1 day in office (Queenstown)
Working hours Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm,
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job Description
- To assist to collect, confirm and compile facility table data
- scheduled visits to different schools across Singapore, collecting and compiling school facility data and performing due diligence checks on existing data such as measurement of room sizes, room usage and other on-site data verification.
Requirement
- Good MS Excel knowledge is required.
- Physically fit and able to walk for long duration.
- Able to work under tight timelines.
- Able to work closely with school representatives and managing agents.
- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience in estate management, building maintenance, building related experience in consultancy or Managing Agent firms, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in the respective position/field.
- Diploma or Degree in building related disciplines (e.g., estate management, building maintenance, architectural, quantity surveying, civil/ structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering)
- Those without a building-related diploma or degree, and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply.
