Duties and Responsibilities

DevOps

• Create and maintain automation scripts and tools for infrastructure setup, configuration, and deployment on Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for effective software delivery on Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Participate in the design and enhancement of our DevOps procedures.

Cloud

• Provide daily operational support and be a part of the project delivery and support team.
• Design and implement secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure.
• Work with various teams to determine requirements and develop solutions that align with business needs.
• Oversee and monitor cloud-based systems on Azure and other cloud platforms to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
• Resolve infrastructure issues, performance constraints, and security risks on Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Work with the development teams to optimize application performance and infrastructure scalability.
• Perform regular audits and implement security protocols to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
• Design and manage monitoring and alerting systems to address infrastructure problems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation that supports Azure infrastructure development.
• Update software, enhance existing software capabilities, and establish software testing and validation procedures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or a related field.
• Ideal to have 2-3 years of experience as a Cloud / DevOps Engineer. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Cloud

1. Proficiency in Azure services, including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, databases, functions,mcontainers, load balancers, and resource management.
2. Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and similar monitoring and logging tools.
3. Proven experience in developing solutions with Azure.
4. Good understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates, and AWS CloudFormation.
5. Experience in a cloud-based environment with PaaS & IaaS.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong understanding of RESTful API design & database, query optimization.

• DevOps

1. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI, preferably Azure DevOps.
2. Experience on CI/CD deployment with Azure Web Apps
3. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
4. Experience in DevOps technologies like Ansible, Terraform, Salt, Bash Scripting, etc. is a plus.
5. Familiarity with Unix/Linux / Windows operating systems.
6. Knowledge of Automations / Bots such as Power Automate is a plus.
7. Interest in incorporating and studying AI is a plus.
