Position: Administrative Assistant

Work Schedule: 5-Day work week (Monday - Friday: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM)

Work Location: Kallang Avenue (Lavender/Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and replying to emails promptly.
  • Processing sales orders via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and purchase orders (POs).
  • Assisting walk-in customers with order collection and product viewing.
  • Handling sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
  • Processing, submitting, and following up on quotations.
  • Maintaining proper filing systems for all documents, records, and reports.
  • Liaising with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely assembly and smooth delivery of orders to customers.
  • Updating inventory and price lists regularly.
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education level of 'N' or 'O'.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and possess good multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in handling English and Chinese-speaking customers.
