Position: Administrative Assistant
Work Schedule: 5-Day work week (Monday - Friday: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM)
Work Location: Kallang Avenue (Lavender/Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and replying to emails promptly.
- Processing sales orders via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and purchase orders (POs).
- Assisting walk-in customers with order collection and product viewing.
- Handling sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Processing, submitting, and following up on quotations.
- Maintaining proper filing systems for all documents, records, and reports.
- Liaising with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely assembly and smooth delivery of orders to customers.
- Updating inventory and price lists regularly.
- Performing any other ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education level of 'N' or 'O'.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and possess good multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling English and Chinese-speaking customers.
