Monthly Salary: $3000 - $4500 + Bonus (Depending on company's progress) - With Additional allowance!
Location: Woodlands / Maxwell/ Sengkang
Work Schedule: 5 Days work week (Monday to Friday), 44hrs per week | Monday to Saturday (Alt Sat) for Woodlands center
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage in partnerships with parents to support and exchange insights on their child’s progress and development.
- Provide a high-quality program aimed at nurturing the comprehensive learning and growth of preschool-aged children.
- Oversee classroom dynamics, encompassing educational lessons, recreational play, breaks, and meals.
- Prepare progress reports and share relevant information with parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.
- Must be L2 English certified as per ECDA guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Great passion for working with young children and the patience to nurture their development.
- Only Singaporeans.
