RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Operations Manager role oversees the management of customers and all customer-related operational matters, including but not limited to:
- Being a loud and strong advocate of responsible pet ownership
- Processing refunds, order amendments and delivery instructions accurately
- Attending to email, phone call and walk-in enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensuring strong compliance with existing business and customer-related processes
- Generating weekly reports and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Demonstrating flexibility in undertaking additional operational duties or ad hoc assignments as needed
REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in e-commerce and pet supplies is a plus
