Responsibilities:
· Assist in Project / Tender Preparation & Quotation
· Quantities take-off, material requisitions & cost estimates.
· Source & Compare specifications and cost of materials/services from different supplier
· Project Administration, Contracts variations & documentation.
· Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims & Invoices
Requirements:
· Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook
· Required language(s): English
· Preferably Entry Level specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
· Minimum 1 year work experience is preferred.
· Knowledge in AutoCAD an advantage
