The Job:
As the Game Creative Director at Game Reign, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision of our games from concept to execution. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of game artists and designers, fostering collaboration and innovation. You must have a deep understanding of gaming trends, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to inspire and guide a creative team towards achieving a shared vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the overall creative vision for the game project
- Provide guidance and leadership to the creative team, ensuring alignment with the studio’s artistic and narrative goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative creative culture within the team
- Work closely with the game design team to develop compelling and innovative game concepts
- Oversee the creation of game design documents, storyboards, and concept art to communicate and refine the vision
- Ensure consistency and quality in all artistic elements, including characters, environments, and animations
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Game Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the game development industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects and creative leadership
- In-depth knowledge of game design principles, storytelling, and artistic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
