Key Responsibilities
- Perform full dealing functions efficiently, including trade execution (including force-selling) and handling client enquiries.
- Initiate contact with clients through various channels such as phone calls, social media platforms, and in-person interactions at webinars or seminars.
- Develop a strategic understanding of clients' businesses and requirements, collaborating with the Product Team to support clients through product enhancements and new initiatives.
- Create investor education content regularly for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase client engagement and boost social media presence.
- Contribute to different projects aimed at enhancing trading functions, risk management systems, and product development.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of experience within the fintech or brokerage sector is required.
- Strong preference for candidates who have successfully completed CMFAS module(s) 1A, 5, 6, 6A, 8, and 8A, OR who possess a degree in Economics or Finance
- Having both product and market knowledge, especially in the analysis of stocks and options (including fundamental and technical analysis)
- Must have an outgoing personality, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Should demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to maintain performance standards under pressure.
- Required to be detail-oriented and client-focused to ensure the provision of superior client service.
