Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Create and manage budgets
- To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost- effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution.
- Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement
- To ensure that the site activities are executed in accordance with specifications budget and time schedules.
- Project planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring the project works.
- Responsible for all inspection and work activities carried out.
- Monitor & supervise team to ensure compliance of work.
- Submission of summary of daily activity.
- Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
- Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works and ensure project completion on time.
- Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients, managements, subcontractors and any other related to projects.
Requirements:
- Relevant job experience (marine sector preferred).
