Responsibilities:
- Oversees the comprehensive spectrum of HR functions on a global scale.
- Assumes responsibility for the delivery of region-specific projects and services pertaining to Human Resources.
- Ensures the implementation of the global human resources strategy across various countries and regions.
- Holds accountability for setting, measuring, and monitoring all HR-related targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensures the implementation of global processes, policies, tools, concepts, and projects within the respective region.
- Ensures optimal service delivery across different countries and regions in accordance with defined Service Portfolio and Service Level Agreements.
- Serves as the central point of contact and consultant for regional management, Global, and Business Head, prioritizing and coordinating requirements and inquiries from these stakeholders.
- Ensures the implementation of the HR organizational structure in close collaboration with the executive office and fulfills regional Service Function staff requirements as per global staff planning.
- Takes responsibility for workforce health, including best practice recruiting and workforce planning to support the business.
- Manages and supports communication on Human Resources-related global and regional topics.
- Ensures knowledge transfer within the region.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the related area of Leadership.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams in a Multinational company.
- At least 3 years of experience working in/with intercultural teams.
