Being part of the Shared Services Team covering South East Asia, you will support the Engagement & People Development function of the region through:
- Point of contact to assist with learning & development operations and program delivery, e.g. arranging workshops, traveling and training logistics, attendance records, consolidation of training evaluation forms general administrative tasks
- Generating and implementing ideas to build a learning community and encourage participation
- Source for and recommend the most suitable solutions, training providers and programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programmes
- Generating LMS reports to monitor learning progress and support learning needs analysis
- Manage onboarding and off boarding matters
- Archive training materials, attendance records, etc
- Provide training analytics and reports
- Supports and handles internal audit on training administration, etc
- Contribute to staff engagement planning and execution
- Supports to manage enquiries through a ticketing system
- Streamlining processes to digital platforms
- Assisting in implementing Engagement & People Development projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Your profile:
- Graduated with a degree in HR or business-related field.
- Ability to connect with people and work in a cross functional, culturally diverse environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and that additional Asian languages would be an advantage.
- Have an open mind towards the work scope and approach
- Highly responsive and well organized
- Internship experiences in a HR admin or L&D role will be preferred
- Proficient in IT, Microsoft Office Word / PowerPoint / Excel
