Temporary HR Assistant (2-3 months)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate HR database and employee files
  • Maintain up to date employee personal and training records
  • Generate and maintain regular HR reports
  • Perform any other HR or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum O level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
  • Ability to exercise initiative and work independently
