We are looking for passionate individuals who may be keen to join a fast growing brewery and brand, The 1925 Brewing Co., as one of our outlets F&B Manager. He/She will be responsible in the operations of our food truck outlet located at Resorts World Sentosa.
Jobscope are as follows:
• Responsible for the profitability & performance of the outlet;
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the standard of service fits the standards as set out;
• Planning of work schedules for both full timers & part timers;
• Cashiering including the reporting of opening and closing of sales daily;
• Inventory management, ordering & planning;
• Other related administrative duties;
• Reporting to upper Management on all matters.
