Key Responsibilities/Duties
- To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and oversee all architectural finishing works on site
- Supervise day-to-day operation of the project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings
- To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review the accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
