Roles & Responsibilities:


As a Trainee Operations Executive, you play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient deployment of security personnel and ensuring adherence to established protocols.


Key responsibilities include:

· Support in the planning, scheduling, and deployment of security personnel at designated sites under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

· Assist in organizing training sessions, performance evaluations, leave management, and adherence to established procedures.

· Participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and to learn about task execution proficiency.

· Actively respond to security incidents and emergencies under the supervision of experienced personnel, promptly reporting to the Operations Manager for further guidance.

· Contribute to the preparation and review of risk assessments to understand the importance of maintaining a safe working environment.

· Engage with clients to address their concerns and requests, learning to foster positive relationships.

· Support the welfare of security officers by providing assistance and escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.

· Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by immediate supervisors or authorized senior management.


Training & Development:

· Participate in monitoring and tracking relevant training and development opportunities for personal growth.

· Receive comprehensive On-The-Job Training to acquire necessary skills for effective deployment.

· Learn to supervise and ensure security officers meet client expectations.


Pre-requisites:

· Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.

· Strong willingness to learn and develop in the security industry.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.

· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

· Possession of a valid driving license and access to own vehicle preferred.

· Eagerness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications for the role.

· Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment.

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
