Responsibilities
- Plan and execute public relations initiatives such as public engagement events, guided site tours, and briefing for projects’ key stakeholders
- Draft press releases, statements, articles, and publicity materials for project
- Handle complaints and feedback from the public and stakeholders
- Assist with document controller work to ensure that critical project documentation are recorded
- Handle administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Mass Communication or related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role and had prior experience handling LTA Projects.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
