Job Description
- Oversee pre-payroll, payroll, and post-payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering their growth and development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and streamline operations while maintaining internal controls
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and institutional finance and HR staff to address payroll-related matters
- Cover for colleagues handling payroll processing for other entities as needed
- Deliver timely updates and reports to senior management
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience in payroll management, with supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements and payroll regulations in Singapore
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
