Requirements:
• Being able to understand the enquires of business clients conduct
• Being able to conduct research, gather information from trustworthy channels
• Working proactively with teammates across departments to get the necessary support
• Being able to prepare business forms and proposals, quotations and contracts
• Being able to communicate with clients who are mostly from PRC entrepreneurial background
Useful skills:
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, and Adobe
• Good communication skills with authenticity
• Administrative skills such as preparing and filing paperwork, making meetings arrangement, presenting important information, etc.
