Job Scopes:
- Lead and guide a team of welders.
- Coordinate daily work assignments and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure welding activities meet quality standards and follow approved procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address defects.
- Allocate jobs based on welders' skills and qualifications.
- Plan and schedule welding activities to meet project timelines.
- Manage welding equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Optimize resource allocation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Enforce and promote safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Advantageous to hold welding certificates for 3G/6G with expertise in GTAW & SMAW processes.
- Require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman/ Supervisor
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and welding specifications.
